Mo\u00efse MANYABE ESANGELA, Ministre Conseiller et Repr\u00e9sentant Permanent Adjoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M. BAESLEY et l\u2019Ambassadeur congolais ont pass\u00e9 en revue les \u00e9pineux probl\u00e8mes qui heurtent la qualit\u00e9 de la coop\u00e9ration dans le cadre de l\u2019aide alimentaire au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des populations dans le besoin alimentaire en RDC.
